The Community Action Partnership (CAP) of Riverside County, in partnership with the Riverside County Workforce Development Center, is assisting local families with the CARES program to bridge the digital divide in low-income households.
The CAP CARES program will provide one (1) FREE laptop per household upon the completion of five (5) workshops through Credit.org or enrollment in Riverside County Workforce Development services. Applicants must be residents of Riverside County and meet income limits for the combined household income.
